Social Media Manager
Main responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media plans, aligned to business goals, to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic to our website.
Social Channel Management: Maintain and continuously monitor the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Make sure the content is relevant, interesting and reflects our corporate identity.
Creative Content Production: Creating engaging content, such as posts, images, videos and stories, that appeals and engages our target audience. Use editing tools and graphics to ensure content is of high quality and respects our branding.
Community Management: Engage with our online community, responding to questions, comments and direct messages in a timely and empathic manner. Maintain a constructive dialogue with followers and cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Use analysis tools to evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and propose improvements to increase the effectiveness of strategies.
Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with the marketing, communications and design team to integrate social media initiatives with other business activities.
Advertising Campaign Management: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote products/services and reach new customers.
Research and Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices and new opportunities in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of the main social media channels and their peculiarities.
Ability to create high quality and engaging content.
Proficiency in using social media programming and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Creativity and ability to propose innovative ideas to promote the company.
Results oriented and ability to achieve set goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (welcome but not required).
